Chandrababu insulted by Karnataka CM?

In generally in respect to CM post if any CM on his official or personnel visit to other state he will try to meet though he was busy with his schedule. Even the same applies to the host state CM. But Karnataka CM had changed the history with his denial of meeting request from Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was supposed to meet his Karnataka counterpart Siddaramaiah in Bengaluru yesterday. Babu in his Bangalore tour had met with many MNC chief to attract investments to his state. As part of this tour Babu had requested a meet with Karnataka CM Siddaramayya to discuss on water disputes. In a shcoking moments Siddaramayya refused the request of Babu has sparked new rows in political circles. Though he might be busy with his daily activities he should accept Babu meeting request as its respect to neighborhood state. This is the first incident in India's state affairs caused uproar in congress party. Sources confirmed that Siddaramayya who is angry on AP special status and tax rebates is the main reason behind this act. Even he is angry about Babu fast track acts in inviting and attracting investments where Karnataka lost multiple projects is another reason. But with this act Congress once again proved its disrespect towards other party leaders.
