A big insult to Brahmanandam
By: Tupaki Desk | 17 Aug 2014 2:26 PM GMTWe are aware that Suriya's latest release 'Anjaan' (Sikindar in Telugu) opened to poor reviews and negative word of mouth. The main complaint from the film buffs is the run time of the movie. At a length of 170 minutes, 'Anjaan' hardly made audience enjoy the stylish flick and instead tested their patience due to poor screenplay.
Makers have finally decide to chop off few scenes to improve the movie watching experience. They preferred to delete entire portions of Brahmanandam in the Tamil version. Overall, The film has been trimmed by 6 minutes. Need less to say, This has been a big insult for the Comedy King.
It too harsh to blame actors for the failure of directors. After all, An artiste does what the filmmaker asks him to do! It was Lingusamy who choose an unimpressive script for an actor of Suriya calibre and hence the end result has been so bad. The good openings were merely because of crazy combination and aggressive promotions, not for content.
