Pahlaj Nihalani, the new chairman of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), has issued a circulars to all the Producers Associations and Regional Censor Officers listing out the offensive words which were banned.
The news went viral within no time and garners mixed reactions as expected. Some even questioned has RSS or VHP taken over the Censor Board upon having a look at the restrictions imposed.
