Censor shock to Legend Makers

Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer 'Legend' is yet to get clearance from the Censor Board. Post the screening on March 25th, Censor officials suggested few cuts and also beeps at few parts of the movie. Makers, however, objected them as the overall impact will get affected if those scenes were chopped.

Finally, CBFC Regional Board officer Dhana Lakshmi asked producers to get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Election Commission regarding the 'Political Dialogues' in the movie. Censor Board will issue the certificate only after it receives NOC or Makers have to agree for the cuts suggested to release the film on time.

As Balakrishna is a TDP man, We could find a lot of dialogues in the movie that were penned to make the supporters of his party go crazy. Hence, Censor Board asked makers to submit NOC as General Elections 2014 are just one month away.
