Credit for TDP victory goes to Pawan Kalyan: Rajamouli

Ace director SS Rajamouli declared the victory of TDP and the downfall of Congress and YSR Congress is a result of Pawan Kalyan's choice of not to contest elections.
Rajamouli: "PK knew he would have faced a tough time had the results been contrary, but he didn't care. He took a firm step towards what he believed in. His decision not to contest and instead support NDA will remain a vital point in history. Hope the new Government will make proper use of it".
The Filmmaker asserts People of both the states believed Chandrababu Naidu's claim that development is possible only through TDP and KCR's claim that fruits of bifurcation can only be fulfilled through self rule. He welcomed both TDP and TRS bury past differences and working for the welfare & development of Telugu people. He also stressed both the new governments have a tough task ahead and only wished they succeed in their respective jobs.
Rajamouli opined People of India have given a decisive mandate to a Strong Leader Narendra Modi. He only wished the development which has been stagnant for the past decade will move on a fast track from now onwards.
Speaking about Lok Satta's failure in creating an impact, Rajamouli admitted defeat and also thanked 1 lakh 75 thousand voters who supported JP in Malkajgiri against money power.
