Pawan Kalyan has always enjoyed a huge fan following in the Nizam region. That's the reason behind his films turning into biggest earners in this territory. While 'Gabbar Singh' generated around Rs 17 crore, 'Atharintiki Daredi' collected nearly a share of Rs 24 crore in this particular territory. Hence, There will always be huge competition for acquiring the Nizam rights of Pawan's films.
As per reliable sources, 'Gopala Gopala' Nizam rights has been sold out for a record Rs 14 crore. Prasanth Films have acquired the distribution rights of the movie in this territory.
Sources close to the unit say, 'Gopala Gopala' is gonna do a pre-release business (theatrical alone) of around Rs 55 crore. Producers D Suresh Babu and Sharath Marar are gonna see table profits to the tune of Rs 20 crore as the making cost of the movie is less compared to Pawan's previous films like 'Atharintiki Daredi'.
