FIR registered against Young Heroes

An FIR has been registered against the celebs who participated in 'AIB Roast' show including Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar apart from Stand-Up Comedians Abish Mathew, Tanmay Bhat, Simran Khamba, Ashish Shakya and Rohan Joshi. Even names of film critic Rajeev Masand, TV actress Aditi Mittal and Roadies fame Raghu Ram too were included in the chargesheet.
Surprisingly, A Police Inspector himself lodged this complaint against AIB. Vazir Hussain Sheikh, the complainant, lodged FIR in his personal capacity on charges of threat to Indian Culture.
Cases were booked against Section 292 (obscene content), 294 (obscene act in public place) and Section 67(a) (transferring sexually explicit content) of IT Act. If found guilty, Accused will be facing jail term of 5-10 years along with a fine unto Rs 2 lakhs.
