Bellamkonda Srinivas who debuted with Alludu Seenu has become a surprise package for Tollywood! Alludu Seenu that released last Friday has opened to great collections, thanks to no competition at the box office and Ramzan frenzy across the state.
Its known that Bellamkonada Suresh spent heavy money of around Rs 28 crore on the film to launch his son as hero and it appears to be impossible to recover the budget.
The total unit members are spending busy time with promotional activities and the other day director VV Vinayak has given big shock during press meet by revealing interesting tidbit about the film.Vinayak said that he was asked to make Dhoom range movie with Rs 100 crore budget to launch Sreenivas.
Vinayak said, “My producer asked me to make Dhoom kind of high action entertainer with 100 crore budget to launch his son.I only stopped him from doing so and tried my best to control him going overboard. This shows how much he cares for his son. Finally, we are happy that Alludu Seenu is exceptional at box office. ‘’
Though the film is doing well at BO but trade pundits opined that it will be highly impossible to enter into profit zone.If this movie was made on limited budget, Bellamkonda would have pocketed some profits.
