By: Tupaki Desk | 15 April 2013 12:06 PM GMTTV actor Hussain Kuwajerwala, who is making his Bollywood debut with Rajesh Bachchani's thriller "Shree", looks up to the Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor for acting tips.
"I really look up to Ranbir (Kapoor) because the kind of films he has been doing, the kind of performance he has been giving, you are really like, "If you have to do films and give performance, then it has to be like the performances that he (Ranbir) has been giving." Hussain said here in an interview.
"He (Ranbir) is absolutely brilliant. He is not too old in the film industry, but he has been playing different, but good characters. So I really look up to him," added Hussain.
After making his acting debut with "Saawariya" in 2007, Ranbir wowed everyone with his mesmerising performances in "Wake Up Sid", "Raajneeti", "Rockstar" and "Barfi!".
Meanwhile, Hussain is looking forward to the release of "Shree", a science fiction thriller.
"As far as I know, I thought my first film might be a romantic-comedy, but it's not that actually... When I was told about the story (of 'Shree'), I said, 'Why not? If the story is good, then go ahead with it. And if the people will like it, may be I will get to do some rom-com further," he added.
Sharing his fascination for the romantic-comedies, Hussain said: "I have always wanted to be a part of rom-com."
But the actor, who worked in TV shows like "Kumkum", "Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi" and "Rishtey", has no regrets.
"I have no regrets for not having a romantic-comedy as my first film because it's more important to be part of a good film," he added.
Before taking the big screen route, Hussain had also hosted reality shows like "Indian Idol", "Dance Premier League" and even participated in dance reality show "Nach Baliye 2".
