Boney Kapoor was unable to digest the RGV crush on Sridevi. In a statement he codenamed RGV behavior in naming a film after the Sridevi. RGV announcement on his latest movie sparked rift between Sridevi and Ramgopal Verma.

Sridevi slapped RGV with legal notice few days back. Sridevi husband Boney expressed his dissatisifaction over RGV decision. " It came as an ugly, unpleasant shock to know that Ramu was using my wife’s name in such a way (considering we’ve had such a close association). Ramu and I have collaborated on three films as producer-director. He has also worked with Sri in a Telugu film Kshanam Kshanam". As per sources information Boney was quite tensed over the situation and keep thinking on how RGV can do such things on his family.

As of now Boney Kapoor has sent Ramu a legal notice to RGV, but he’s not stopping there. He said “I’ll go to any length to protect my family. There are many legal ways to stop slander,” . Seems RGV trying to make some publicity with the expenditure of Boney this time.
