Is Rajinis's Next a sequel to Basha?

'Basha' is a landmark flick in Rainikanth's career. In this entertainer, Superstar impressed the movie buffs big time playing a Don. After almost 2 decades, He is now getting ready to done the same role again.
Reportedly, Rajinikanth signed a film to be directed by Pa.Ranjith (Karthi's Madras fame). He will be essaying the role of a Dada in the movie if the reports in Kollywood circles is to be believed. Unlike Rajini's previous flicks in which he was shown as a youngster, This time he will be showcased in a mature manner and something close to his age.
There mayn't be any Heroine in Rajini's new project as there is no scope for it. However, A renowned actress will be doing a pivotal role but it will be having minimal screen time.
Rajini's close friend Kalaipuli S Thanu will be handling the production of this biggie. Release will be for Sankrathi 2016.
