Since few days, Reports of Nayantara playing the female lead in Rainikanth's next flick garnered everyone's attention. However, It now turns out to be a baseless speculation.
Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu informs Nayantara has never been approached for the project. "It's almost impossible to guess the choice of actress for Rajini's 159th Film. Even the title is confirmed. We will announce the details soon," he told.
Rajinikanth starts shooting for the movie from August this year. Major part of the shoot takes place in Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong. Pa.Ranjith wields the megaphone. Santhosh Narayanan composes music. Superstar wants the entire shoot to be completed by the end of 2015.
Thalaivar is planning his 159th movie on a budget much lesser than any of his films in the past few years after tasting back-to-back failures. So, This film could be the one distributors and exhibitors have been waiting for so long.
