Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena Party landed in a controversy even before the official launch on March 14th at Hitex, Madhapur.
Bala Raju who claims to be the first person to apply for the registration of Jana Sena Party with Election Commission of India alleges Pawan Kalyan is trying to hijack his party's name. Mr. Raju reveales he applied for registration one month ago and it's waiting for EC's approval.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan filed an application with EC seeking Jana Sena Party registration only on March 10th. Either, the actor have to come for a compromise with first applicant or go ahead with another name.
