Kejriwal files nomination to challenge Delhi CM Dikshit
By: Tupaki Desk | 16 Nov 2013 7:47 AM GMTAam Admi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal said Saturday that the countdown for the end of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit's 15-year "misrule" has begun, as he filed his nomination papers for the assembly elections from the New Delhi constituency.
The constituency will witness a triangular contest between Sheila Dikshit, the BJP's Vijender Gupta and Kejriwal.
Kejriwal contended that the Dec 4 poll would bring the curtains down on Congress rule in Delhi. "This is an election for the people of Delhi and they will fight it," he added.
Saturday was the last day for filing nominations.
