The past two Sankranthi seasons have been a direct battle between Ghattamaneni and Mega Camps. While SVSC & Nayak clashed in 2013, It was 1 - Nenokkadine & Yevadu in 2014. For Pongal 2015, Both these stars have given a miss and aiming other release slots.
Apparently, It will be Mega Vs Nandamuri for next Sankranthi. Makers of Pawan Kalyan-Venkatesh's 'Gopala Gopala' have been aiming for a release during Pongal 2015. On the other hand, Jr NTR will be getting ready with his action entertainer which is being directed by Puri Jagannath by then. This film is slated for January 9th release.
Pawan Kalyan and Jr NTR didn't have a direct clash at Box Office in the recent past. As we knew Powerstar enjoys a much bigger fan following and market, Its to be seen how Young Tiger handles this tricky situation. At the end of the day, Content rules! So, the product will ensure better returns!!!
