Mega Family donates Rs 6 lakhs to MAA

Mega Brother Naga Babu on Sunday announced that Rs 6 lakhs will be donated to Movie Artist Association on behalf of Mega family(Ram Charan 2 Lakh, Allu Arjun 2 Lakh, Varun Tej 1 Lakh, Sai Dharam Tej I lakh) towards the welfare of poor artistes in the Telugu Film Industry. This move has set a good example and it might inspire more people to offer a helping hand.
On the other hand, Senior Actor Naresh will continue giving Rs 2 lakhs per year to MAA and this is something he promised to continue for lifetime.
Prior to the elections, Rajendra Prasad promised to collect a fund of Rs 5 crore and use it for the welfare of Film Artistes in the form of pensions, health care and others. Nata Kireeti has got a tough task ahead!
