NTR national award for Rama Rao

Well recognized story author Kalipatnam Rama Rao was chosen for the NTR National Award -2015. The award shall be offered to him on NTR jayanthi on May 28 th.Kalipatnam Ramarao known as Kara Mastar for many telugus and he is an poet and writer known for his Telugu short stories.
Well known writer Yandamuri Veerendranath began his writing career inspired by Kara. He considers him as Guru. Rama Rao's stories reflect the trials, tribulations, and occasionally the triumphs of life among the middle and lower classes of people in society. He won the "Central Cultural Academy award" in 1995.
NTR National Award is an annual award to recognize people for their lifetime achievements and contributions to the Cinema of India. NTR National Film Award was first awarded to Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The Award carries a cash prize of 500,000/- and a memento.
