Ravi Babu rejects Bipasha Basu

Film maker Ravi Babu is well-known for handling thriller genres. His earlier films Anasuya and Avunu were inspired by Hollywood flicks.
Avunu which is a medium budget suspense thriller has done wonderful business at the Tollywood Box Office. Now, the makers have planned for a Hindi version for it. Ravi Babu is willing to direct Hindi version if he gets the right cast. But here comes the surprise news.The talented director has reportedly turned down to cast black beauty Bipasha Basu for Avunu Hindi remake
The reason behind his rejection is he want a girl who can perfectly fit into the shoes of Poorna who performed exceptionally well in Telugu version
‘’ I will not proceed senior heroines because the story needs a young actress. I will start the project once I found suitable heroine" said Ravi Babu.
Avunu, which starred Harshavardhan Rane, Poornima and Ravi Babu, centered on horror-ghost story set inside a house.Ravi Bbau is currently busy with Avunu sequel and titled it as Avunu 2.In order to plan for a sequel, the director has abruptly ended the first part of this merchandise. Avunu has been inspired and written based on a real life incident of Yami Gautham.
