Revanth Reddy gets bail for 12 hours

An Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court on Wednesday heard the bail plea of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, who has been arrested in connection with the 'cash-for-vote' case.
After hearing the bail plea Revanth was granted bail for only 12 hours to attend his daughter’s engagement ceremony.. That is from tomorrow morning 6 am to evening 6 pm. The court has given orders to this effect.
The court has also laid out conditions for the 12-hour bail. Revanth should not speak to media, he should not meet political leaders.
Revanth would be accompanied throughout the bail period by police escort. He has been barred from participating in any meeting. He cannot also address the media. He would not be allowed to use telephones.
