Shocker: Top Actress files Molestation case against Ex-BF!

Bollywood actress and IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab Co-owner Preity Zinta filed a molestation complaint against her former boyfriend and businessman Ness Wadia on Friday night.
In her complaint registered at Marine Drive Police Station, Preity (39) alleged Ness Wadia (44) has molested her inside Wankhede Stadium on May 30th. She even accused her ex-boyfriend of abusing and threatening her.
An FIR has been registered against Ness Wadia under sections 354 (Assault or Criminal Force to Outrage the modesty of a woman), 506 (Criminal Intimidation), 504 (Deliberate insult that could provoke breach of the peace) and 509 (Word or Gesture insulting modesty of a woman) of IPC
On the other hand, Ness Wadia condemned the serious allegations leveled against him. Complaining shock over the complaint against him, He declared the allegations of Preity were utterly false and baseless.
On May 30th, Kings XI Punjab clashed with Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
After being in a relationship for five years, Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia parted ways few years ago.
