Superstar Bungalow sold out for Rs 90 crore

The bungalow belonging to Bollywood superstar late Rajesh Khanna has been sold out for a whooping Rs 90 crore. 'Aahirwad' the bungalow which was located at Carter Road in Mumbai was bought by a city-based Industrialist Shashi Kiran Shetty who is the executive chairman of Allcargo Logistics.
This property fetched huge amount as its sea-facing and it has been a major tourist attraction as well. The beneficiaries of the amount are the daughters of Mr. Khanna, Twinkle (Akshay Kumar's wife) and Rinke.
Sources say, Shashi Kiran Shetty has been scouting for a bungalow since 2 years. Finally, He is delighted to own a place where Country's one of the biggest superstar lived. Its a 603 sq m property. As the bungalow falls under coastal regulation zone, it is entitled to a limited floor space index.
