By: Tupaki Desk | 2 May 2014 11:29 AM GMTWhat will a director do after delivering a industry hit with a star hero? Mostly they opt to go with a much bigger star and high budget film.
But handsome director Surender reddy is not in a mood to cash the success of Race Gurram.Even though he poured with many offers and fat cheques post this success he simply rejects all and getting ready to direct a small budget flick with New comers.
As per the buzz, Surender Reddy is likely to hangout in directing his upcoming film with Debutantes and the shooting of the movie will be done in brisk pace and slated to release in this year only.
After this Surender Reddy will be handling the sequel of Kick movie with Ravi Teja. The movie will be brought under NTR Arts banner in Kalyan Ram’s production. Kick2 is expected for release on 2015.
However, the director says that the film to be produced by Kalyan Ram is not exactly a sequel to Kick. "We are just taking the central character in Kick and giving it a different shade. But before I commence working on the Ravi Teja-starrer, I'm planning to direct a movie with newcomers," he explains in an interview to a leading English daily.
