Swetha Basu's mantra: Forget Past, Focus on Career!

Swetha Basu, who is in Hyderabad to promote her upcoming release 'intelligent Idiot' in which she has done an Item Number, has been avoiding queries related to the prostitution racket she had been linked to! The actress claims she has left the past behind and moved on to focus on her career.
When quizzed is it right on the part of actresses to appear in item numbers, Swetha Basu shotback, "What's wrong in doing them if the celebrity herself have no objection what-so-ever."
'Intelligent Idiots' has been promoted as the film of Swetha Basu though she has done just a dance number. But, the Short Sensation feels there is nothing wrong in it and proudly declares she is happy to see audience thronging theaters to see her face.
Swetha Basu is yet to sign any new projects post her release from rehabilitation home. She is hopeful of signing 2 Bollywood films very soon and currently working for her Documentary on Hindustani Classical Music.
