‘We’re not against Rajnikanth, but he should come’

Hurt with the way producers are not repaying their hard-earned investment, few Tamilnadu based distributors of Rajnikanth’s recent disaster “Lingaa” have launched a fast in Chennai. Speaking at the fasting spot, they said, “We’re not against Rajnikanth, but he should come and intervene into our plight”. Lingaa has given a scathing blow to distributors as they lost around 70% of their investment.

A Trichy based distributor invested nearly 8 crores to own Lingaa distribution rights but recovered only 2.5 crores, which is to a tune of 30% though Rajni has huge fan following across the Tamil state. All their fasting is to grab the attention of superstar such that he will settle the case amicably.
