Anukreethy Vas gained fame after being crowned Femina Miss India 2018. Representing India at the 68th edition of Miss World in Sanya, China, on December 8, 2018, she made it to the Top 30 semi-finalists, marking a notable achievement in her pageantry career.

Apart from her pageantry success, Anukreethy has also made a mark in the film industry. She garnered significant attention with her performance in the 2022 Tamil action thriller film "DSP," written and directed by Ponram. The film starred Vijay Sethupathi alongside Anukreethy Vas and Shivani Narayanan in lead roles. "DSP" also featured other talented actors like Prabhakar, Pugazh, Ilavarasu, G. Gnanasambandam, Deepa, and Singampuli in pivotal roles. Despite its rising anticipation, the movie, released theatrically on December 2, 2022, received negative reviews from critics. Nevertheless, Anukreethy's performance was recognized and appreciated by audiences.
