Massive crowds gathered outside the prison to give a memorable welcome to former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu who was arrested in September in connection with the AP Skill Development Scam.
Chandrababu Naidu finally walked out of the Prison after spending 53 days. As he was coming out of the prison after a long time TDP leaders, supporters, activists, and others gathered at the prison to greet the former Chief Minister.
The pictures and videos outside the prison show Chandrababu getting a grand welcome. The likes of Nara Lokesh, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Achchennaidu, Payyavula Keshav, and others reached the Court. The leaders fondly hugged the TDP boss to express their happiness.
Some of the supporters even brought the TDP flags to the place and raised pro-Chandrababu slogans on the occasion. It would not be an exaggeration to say that he received a dream welcome from the supporters and leaders of the party.
Since his arrest, the party had put in the best efforts to secure a bail. But the efforts did not give a positive outcome. Finally, he was allowed to walk out of the prison for health reasons. The Court also imposed some conditions on Chandrababu on the occasion.
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh gave a big relief to the TDP boss by granting him an interim bail for four weeks on the health grounds. As surgery was due to be done on him, the Court considered the reason and granted the bail.
After walking out of the jail, Chandrababu Naidu thanked one and all who supported him in the tough time. Saying that he was moved by the support that was given to him, he said that he will not forget the support he received.
The former Chief Minister thanked people across the parties for standing in solidarity with him. Chandrababu Naidu thanked the public, party leaders, Janasena, and its chief Pawan Kalyan for extending support for him.
