She portrayed Anjana, the love interest of Shine Tom Chacko, marking her entry into the entertainment world. This talented actress quickly gained recognition for her acting skills and versatility.
Following her debut, Samyuktha ventured into Tamil cinema with the action thriller Kalari, where she played the role of Thenmozhi. She then took on the challenging title role in Lilli, a 2018 Malayalam revenge thriller directed by debutant Prasobh Vijayan, proving her ability to tackle intense roles.
In 2018, Samyuktha also appeared in the Tamil romantic comedy July Kaatril, adding another genre to her growing repertoire. That same year, she starred in the Malayalam political satire Theevandi, directed by Fellini T. P., further cementing her place in the industry.
Her journey continued in 2019 with Oru Yamandan Premakadha, directed by B.C. Noufal. In addition, Samyuktha made a memorable cameo appearance in Uyare, sharing screen space with Tovino Thomas once again. Her role as Shivajith Padmanabhan's sidekick in the action film Kalki, also starring Tovino Thomas, showcased her versatility in action roles.
Samyuktha expanded her horizons by entering the Telugu industry with Bheemla Nayak, released in 2022. Later that year, she made her Kannada debut with Gaalipata 2, marking her presence across South Indian cinema.
