Kalidas Jayaram Marries Tarini Kalingarayar at Guruvayur Temple

Ala Vaikuntapuram lo actor Kalidas Jayaram tied the knot with his girlfriend, model Tarini Kalingarayar, in a traditional wedding ceremony at the Guruvayur temple in Kerala. The couple shared their first photos as husband and wife on Instagram, captioning the post "HITCHED" along with emojis.

In the photos, Tarini wore a beautiful orange saree with a red and gold border while Kalidas matched her in a red and gold mundu. Fans admired their chemistry and showered them with compliments, calling their wedding pictures "adorable" and "the cutest."

The ceremony was attended by notable figures including actor-MP Suresh Gopi and Union Minister PA Mohammed Riyas, accompanied by his wife Veena, daughter of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Kalidas’ parents, veteran actors Jayaram and Parvathy had also married at the same temple in 1992. Earlier this year Kalidas’ sister Malavika Jayaram got married at Guruvayur as well.

Jayaram expressed his joy, stating, "I am truly grateful that people who witnessed our wedding 32 years ago returned to celebrate my son’s wedding."

Tarini, the third runner-up in Miss Universe India 2021 has pursued a successful modeling career. Kalidas has gained recognition in Tamil cinema with roles in films like Paava Kadhaigal and Vikram. He was recently seen in Dhanush’s film Raayan.
