In the latest Bigg Boss 18 episode, Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi joined Salman Khan to promote their upcoming movie, Baby John. Varun made a special request to Salman asking him to congratulate Keerthy on her recent wedding. Salman complied by adding a dose of humor to the conversation.

The episode featured Varun entering the Bigg Boss house engaging the contestants in a fun segment called the Baby John Radio Show. During a candid moment, Salman humorously debated whether physical appearance is essential in a partner. Varun praised Keerthy's husband, Antony Thattil, calling him fit and handsome. Salman quipped that if looks were the only criteria, contestant Avinash Mishra should already be married.
