Nushrat Bharucha is a notable actress. She is from a Dawoodi Bohra Muslim family in Mumbai. Her parents Tanvir and Tasneem Bharucha supported her early interest in acting. She began acting when she was just 16. While studying at Jai Hind College, Nushrat entered a talent management firm
She later landed her a role in "Kittie Party," a television show on Zee TV.
In 2009 she orchestrated a talent show. She secured sponsorship from a prominent facewash brand. This opportunity resulted in her being chosen as the brand's Fresh Face.
Her big breakthrough arrived in 2010. With a call from casting director Atul Mongia, she got a role in Dibakar Banerjee’s "LSD: Love, Sex Aur Dhokha." This movie marked a significant turning point in her career. Since then Nushrat has made a name for herself in Bollywood.
