Bajwa's journey into the entertainment world began when she was crowned Miss Pune in 2005. Her success as Miss Pune led her to part-time modeling assignments while still in school. It was during one of these assignments in Hyderabad that director Kuchipudi Venkat noticed her potential and offered her a role in the Telugu movie "Modati Cinima" (2005). Bajwa accepted the offer and embarked on her acting career after finishing her 12th-grade exams.
In 2016, Bajwa appeared in several films, including the Kannada movie "Masth Mohabbat". She also made notable appearances in the Tamil films "Aranmanai 2" and "Muthina Kathirika". Bajwa continued to receive praise for her performances and expanded her filmography by working in various South Indian film industries.
Her career took another interesting turn in 2017 when she appeared in the Malayalam film "Zacharia Pothen Jeevichirippundu". More recently, in 2022, Bajwa portrayed historical characters in two significant films. She played the Queen of Travancore, Mathruppillil Kalyanikutty Amma, in Vinayan's "Pathonpatham Noottandu," and Kunjipaathu in "Mei Hoom Moosa". Additionally, she appeared in the Tamil movie "Gurumoorthi" the same year.
Aside from her on-screen presence, Bajwa has a strong social media following where she frequently shares glimpses of her fashion choices. Her Instagram account is filled with photos that showcase her elegant style and love for traditional Indian dresses. One of her recent posts features her in a beautiful yellow saree paired with an orange blouse. Her caption reads, "Promise ... this is almost the last post from this look!" She credited the photographer as @curls_and_curves555, embracing simplicity and grace in her posts.
