Sarah-Jane Dias is a talented Indian actress, TV host, video jockey, model, and beauty pageant winner. She gained fame when she won the Femina Miss India World title in 2007, representing India at the Miss World pageant that same year. Beyond beauty pageants, Dias also worked as a video jockey for Channel V, showcasing her versatility in the entertainment industry.

In 2022, Dias starred as Lavanyaa in the second season of "Never Kiss Your Best Friend," acting alongside Nakuul Mehta. Her performance was well-received, with critics noting her ability to portray the character's vulnerability beneath a strong exterior. This role earned her the ITA Award for Best Supporting Actress in Drama (OTT), highlighting her acting skills and depth.

In 2023, Sarah-Jane continued to impress with her roles in popular series. She first appeared as Julia in an episode of "Made in Heaven," followed by portraying a CIA agent named Radha in "The Freelancer."
