'18 is right age for SEX', confirms Senior Actress

Actress Khushboo never minces words no matter what the consequences might be! She has strongly objected the central government's decision to lower the age for girls to indulge in consensual sex from 18 to 16 years.
"Reducing the age bar for consensual sex from 18 to 16 years willn't earn good results, instead a lot of new issues will arise. Seems like the government has taken this decision in haste," commented the actress.
"When the eligible age for voting is 18 years, how could the government think about lowering the age bar for consencua sex? This move will no way help to lower the crimes against women, instead increases such atrocities. Laws should be more stringent in dealing with accused in such cases," she added.
The widespread protest all over the country over the move has forced the government to withdraw the bill and make it announce the earlier age of 18 years will continue as the bar for consensual sex.
