A Mythological Theme Park in AP

Andhra Pradesh Government is planning a Mythological Theme Park at a cost of Rs 355 crore. The project include Showcasing all the prominent Temples in the country, Night safari at Sri Venkateswara Zoo in Tirupati, A ropeway & skywalk at Kadapa's Gandikota Fort, A hope island project and Arogya Dhamam in Visakhapatnam.
The agenda is to make Andhra Pradesh a Tourism Hub and attract investments worth Rs 6,000 crore through various projects.
Tourism Projects will be developed in 3 Different Modes:
1) Government Projects
2) Public-Private Partnership Projects
3) Private Sector Projects
AP Government bifurcated Tourism into two - while one is Theme-based, the other one is Destination-based. Top Consultants were asked to prepare project reports to woo the investors.
