ACB decides to challenge Revanths bail in SC

Its known that High court granted bail today for Revanth who arrested in cash for vote scam.After hearing arguments of Revanth lawyers court granted bail to him. Telangana Advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy couldn’t present any new reasons for objecting their bail. He repeats the same reasons that he told the court in the previous session.
Hence, the High Court believed that there is no strong reason to extend Revanth Reddy jail term. Now ACB has reportedly decided to file an appeal against the High Court granting bail to Revanth Reddy.
The attorney representing ACB told the media on Tuesday that he has sought the copies of the court orders and once they are received and studied, the order could be challenged in the court.Speaking to media ACB lawyer said there was no clarity on the source of Rs 50 lakh that were given to Stephenson. He also mentioned about absence of T TDP leader Sandra Veeraiah.So the attorney wants to appeal to the Supreme Court to quash the HC orders. Meanwhile TDP cadres ARE preparing for huge celebrations and planning to conduct massive rally on the arrival of Revanth.
