Akkineni Akhil expresses his anguish

The recent spot-fixing scandal involving franchise owners, players, bookies and underworld have have caused immense pain to the cricket lovers all over the world. Like any other die-hard fan, Akkineni Akhil expressed his anguish over the state of cricket at present.
"With all the spot fixing and controversies coming out in the IPL, to what extent should cricket lovers question the whole tournament itself? I don't believe that the tournament is fixed because of my respect for the game and also the worlds best cricketers play in the IPL, but to what extent is the money taking over cricket? It's quite disappointing after all the spot fixings. Any way these are just my thoughts on how disappointing it is that money is creeping into cricket," responded the youngster.
Akhil is an avid cricket buff and enjoys playing the sport regularly. He even had the experience of sharing the dressing room with CCL cricketers and contributed well for the Telugu Warriors team. Few months ago, the talk of Akhil entering IPL through Hyderabad Franchise has made rounds. As of now, there is no clarity on if he is keen on IPL debut after the exposure of spot-fixing!
