The judges opined, investigation of BCCI panel that was under its own rules is invalid.
Even the Mumbai police has been accusing the BCCI probe panel of not taking into account the crucial inputs it has given on spot-fixing.
Two days ago, BCCI probe panel has given clean chit to Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super King franchise owners Raj Kundra and Gurunath Meiyappan who has faced charges of betting crores on the outcome of IPL matches.
As the probe conducted by Mumbai and Delhi police is still under progress, Both Raj Kundra and Gurunath Meiyappan will be taken into custody if they are proven guilty. The latest accusations made by the court and police have comes as an another shock to Shilpa Shetty who's husband Raj Kundra is under scanner for betting crores in IPL.
