AP government new techniques for farmers loan's

In a surprise move on Farmers loan waiver issue AP government searching various methods. Earlier to this RBI was allowed only few areas under this waiver scheme put AP state under fire.
Now Social Welfare Minister Ravela Kishore Babu revealed new plans of state government for this scheme. He disclosed that government is considering six alternatives to resolve this issue. Increasing tax on sand,Issuing bonds to farmers, selling Red sandalwood etc. Ravela expressed confidence over resolving this issue without depending on RBI any more. He counter attacked YCP leaders for thier cheap allegations.
Seems AP government fasten its steps in implementing their manifesto promise. Telangana government announcement on loan waiver creating huge pressure to AP. Let's see how many more turns it takes in future.
