Aam Admi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to 14-days judicial remand by the Magistrate for refusing to furnish the bail bond yet again.

AAP Leaders claims they will be approaching higher courts against this order saying Arvind Kejriwal has done nothing wrong to seek bail.

It is known that Arvind Kejriwal was arrested few days ago in connection with defamation suit filed by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari for allegedly naming him in AAP's list of 'India's Most Corrupt'. He was sent to 2-days custody after refusing to furnish the bail bond of Rs 10,000. On Thursday, He was produced before the magistrate again and sent to 14-days remind this time.

Judge questioned before sending Kejriwal to remand: "What is the problem with furnishing a bail bond? You are representing the Aam Aadmi Party. I request you to behave as an aam aadmi (common man)".

AAP Leaders and Activists continue their protests outside Tihar Central Jail were Kejriwal was kept during the remand period.
