Aspiring actors fearing Rajamouli

The rigorous training sessions conducted by Rajamouli for his upcoming biggie 'Bahubali' are making the aspiring actors run away from this ace filmmaker.
Bahubali's production team short listed 2,000 candidates out of 13,000 applications received through the casting call. About 50 worthy people have been selected from them after the auditions. Sadly, half of them vanished after two days of training.
Rajamouli is known for his uncompromising nature and that's the main reason behind the position he is enjoying Today. He has no other option but to be particular about what he wants as quality matters the most for this tough taskmaster.
Seems like aspiring actors are finding it difficult to match the wave length of this most successful director. Only Talent alone can't make a person successful, it's the right amount of hard work that paves the way. Wish these 'run away' actors realize what they have been missed very soon!
