BJP shifts Nandamuri woman to Jagans Forte!!

Its known that BJP denies Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha ticket to Former Union Minister D Purandeswari, who quit Congress over the Telangana issue and joined BJP.Though she was keen to contest from Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada or Ongole, her name was missing in the BJP list of candidates announced for Seemandhra.
Now finally BJP sent Purandeshwari to Rajampet Parliamentary constituency to contest the general elections. Rajampet which is a part of Kadapa District it is the stronghold of YSR Congress party and the party has fielded young leader P Mithun Reddy. Other side the Congress has retained sitting MP A Sai Pratap, who also has a strong presence there. So it will be a tough call to Nandamuri lady who have shifted her constituencies two times in last two elections.
Sources said the party's alliance with Telugu Desham Party (TDP) in both Telangana and residual Andhra Pradesh states forced the party to deny ticket to Purandeswari, as top TDP leadership had opposed her candidature.
