Brahmin introducing Telangana bill in Assembly

The separation process has been initiated and work is going on full swing to form a new state.According to sources Congress high command is getting ready to introduce telangana resolution bill on assembly by end of August third week.
As per the rule,It’s the responsibility of Chief minister to introduce the bill to the house.but Kiran was not happy with the state bifurcation and he was not ready to introduce the Resolution bill of Telangana.
Now who is the person to get the chance of introducing historical bill on Assembly. Sources saying that its none other than Duddilla Sridhar Babu who is the the Minister for Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs and Legislative Affairs in the Government of Andhra.
All Telanagana congress leaders anonymously accepted and suggested Sridhar name to Digvijay in case if Kiran not accept to introduce the same.Telangana leaders also quoting that as sreedhar babu is from Brahmin community ,Sentimental wise also it will be good for future of Telangana state.
