Caught on cam: SI beats up Restaurant Owner!

Chandrababu Naidu, a sub-inspector, and Constables brutally attacked a restaurant owner and security guard in Srisailam. The issue is regarding the vehicles parked outside the restaurant.

At first, SI and Constables thrashed the Security Guard citing the vehicles outside the restaurant as the reason. Restaurant Owner Vijay Kumar intervened and conveyed to the cops that he would ensure the vehicles were shifted to other place within 5 minutes. However, SI isn't in a position to pay heed to what he is saying and began abusing him with unparliamentary language.

Vijay Kumar brought this matter to the notice of Human Rights Commission and seeked action against the cops submitting the CCTV Footage. HRC ordered for an inquiry and asked DSP to submit the report.
