CBI files 11th Chargesheet against Jagan
By: Tupaki Desk | 9 Sep 2014 2:36 PM GMTCBI filed yet another charge sheet against YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy naming him as an accused in connection with the quid-pro-quo deals during late YS Rajasekhar Reddy's tenure as Chief Minister during the period 2004 to 2009. With this, the charge sheet count of Jagan reached 11.
The charge sheet include investment made by Indu Projects Ltd. Both Jagan and his Auditor Vijay Sai Reddy has been charged with cheating, criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust and forgery.
Shyam Prasad Reddy, the promoter of Indu Projects Ltd, has been already named as one of the accused in the previous charge sheet itself.
It is known that YS Jagan was arrested by CBI in 2012 and he was released on bail September last year after spending 16 months in Chanchalguda Central Prison. Court posted the next hearing of the case to September 23rd.
