CBI probe against Mahesh Brother-in-Law

TDP leadership is irked with CBI court ordering to register an FIR against former minister Galla Aruna's family members who will be contesting on this party in the upcoming polls.
The court has accepted the petition filed by Purushottam Naidu regarding the involvement of highly influential people like Galla's Family in Emaar scam. Principal Special Judge at Nampally court on Tuesday directed the CBI to probe into the role played by former minister Galla Aruna, his son Galla Jayadev, former Ranga Reddy collector V Seshadri and Former GHMC Commissioner CVSK Sharma in APIIC-Emaar properties scam.
As per the complainant, Galla Family encroached 2.2 acres of prime land which belonged to Government in Nanakramguda that was handed over to APIIC for Emaar township project.
While Galla Aruna will be contesting from Chandragiri Assembly segment on TDP ticket, Jaydev is the party candidate for Guntur Lok Sabha constituency. So, Opponents will target Naidu who promises corruption-free rule.
