Chandrababu expresses Disappointment! Why?

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed disappointment over no reference to pending projects and new lines of Andhra Pradesh in the Union Railway Budget 2015. "Disappointed about Visakhapatnam special railway zone not finding a place in the Railway Budget," he told.

Naidu, however, is still hopeful that Railway Minister will address Andhra Pradesh's needs in supplementary Budget.

Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu made announcement on 3rd Line between Kazipet and Vijayawada. Other than this neither a special Railway Zone nor new Railway lines for AP were granted.

AP Government appealed Centre for a dedicated express train between Vijayawada and Delhi. However, This plea has been ignored completely.
