Charge Sheet against JC Wife and 9 Others

The Crime Investigation Department (CID) filed a charge sheet in the Palem Bus Accident case. The names of Tadipatri MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy's wife, Jabbar Travels and the officials in R&B Department have been included in the charge sheet.
In the Charge Sheet, It was mentioned that the defect in Volvo Bus making as the prime reason for the accident. Very less gap between the Diesel Tanker and Tyres have been highlighted in the report. CID submitted a 400-page report to Centre regarding this horrifying accident.
It is known that about 44 passengers were burnt to death after a Volvo Bus burst into flames at Mahabubnagar district in October last year. The families of the deceased launched a series of protests for compensation and stern action against JC Family who owns the bus.
