State government gave shock to Tollywood top director Raghavendra. They are planning to take back the land allotted to him for IMAX in jubilee Hills. Public relations department submitted report recommending to government to cancel the lands allocated to Raghavendra Rao, his brother, music director Chakravarthy. Two acres of land in jubilee hills was given to him for recording, editing of movies only.
But.. after some days Raghavendra constructed the malls, multiplex cinemax illegally. So in 2006 government ordered to stop the building construction. On this Raghavendra approached to high court. They failed there. In this case Hyderabad Collector sent notice to these people. Raghavendra replied that he won’t construct anything in that land.
But.. after some days along with cinema Raghavendra Rao constructed mall also. As an action to this city collector submitted a report to Information and Public Relations department for handover of land. That department submitted the same to government.
