Karthik, the romantic hero of South in the 90s, seems to be guiding his Son Gautham in a proper direction.
Gautham made his onscreen debut with Mani Ratnam's Kadal. He earned few accolades for his performance as a protogonist and has been getting offers from both Tamil & Telugu now. So, the young actor is busy these days brushing up his language skills. He hired a tutor to teach him Telugu and working on it round the clock for perfection.
Karthik is also making sure that every film of Gautham should get dubbed in Telugu and the youngster need to dub for his role as it helps him to get much closer to the audience.
Gautham's next outing is likely to be under the direction of Prabhu Solomon (Kumki [Gajaraju in Telugu] fame). Currently, the makers are working on the script and film would go to the floors in the next few months.
