City Police on WhatsApp, Inspired by Babu

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police M. Srinivasulu a common WhatsApp account will be opened and monitored 24/7 in three shifts. A by a group of trained constables will take the responsibility to handle the issues. He urged people to shoot a video or still pictures of a happening and transmit it to the number to report the crime with few clicks.
The DCP has also said they will follow strict rules in handling the wine shops and bar and resturents. He said “We have received several complaints on the bars and wine shops exceeding the prescribed time of 10.30 p.m. If any person found drinking near a wine shop, he will be immediately arrested.”. He added people can send video or pics related to these cases as well.
